STEP 1: Visit the official ECI voters portal: https://voters.eci.gov.in/download-eroll

STEP 2: Select Ladakh from the State dropdown.

STEP 3: Select Kargil in the district field.

STEP 4: Select your preferred PDF language (English / Hindi / Regional language).

STEP 5: Choose the Roll Type: Final Roll, SIR Final Roll, Draft Roll, or SIR Draft Roll.

STEP 6: Select your Polling Station / Booth from the list.
